The Formula

A single-origin, bioregional hydrosol distilled by hand in our historic atelier.

Crafted using traditional steam extraction in a pure copper still, this biodynamic distillate captures the full seasonal expression of the land in each drop.

Now presented with a complete archival label, this limited 2025 reserve was gathered and bottled with care. This specific release is exclusive to our atelier.

Wild Melissa (Melissa officinalis L.), long revered for its calming and clarifying properties, is also known in old herbal texts and folk tradition as Honey Balm. The name likely comes from its sweet, lemony scent and centuries of use in soothing both bees and people alike. Ours was tenderly harvested at peak bloom from the hedgerows of our stone carriage house garden.

This year’s offering includes fermented spring violets, gathered from our organic allotment. Together, they yield a soft, herbaceous tonic—cooling, floral, and gently uplifting.

This craft hydrosol is prepared only once per year in limited availability.

The Ritual

This hydrosol is an ideal companion to our full facial serum collection. Shake well before use and mist into the palm of the hand, blending with a few drops of your chosen serum. Press gently into face, neck, and chest. It may also be used as a fragrant body mist, or inhaled directly for moments of calm and grounding throughout the day.
