The Formula:
Pot de Fleurs, or 'Flower Pot,' evokes strong memories of hands deep in mulchy soil, water trickling into a terra cotta vessel, and tender roots sprouting anew. A nourishing soft facial mask with phytonutrient antioxidants and enzymatic properties that replenish, plump, and balance the complexion microbiome to support a luminous glow. As the mask washes away, the wild minerals offer a profoundly gentle exfoliation to buff and smooth the skin. 
 
Philosophy of Flowers:
Heirloom Cacao, Toasted Chamomile Blossom, Glacial Silt, Marshmallow Root, Rose Fruit, and Lion's Mane Mushroom
 
The Ritual:
Moisten face and hands. Apply a dollop of the mask to the fingertips, then glide and massage over damp clean skin. Leave for 10-20 minutes, then slowly rinse while massaging in circular motions to gently buff the skin, and follow with a facial mist and moisturizer of choice. To ensure potency, use this formula within four to six months of opening, and store the jar in a cool, dry and dark location.
 
Active Botanicals:
 
Marshmallow Root: A natural humectant, marshmallow draws moisture to the skin, improving hydration levels. Rich in flavonoids with natural anti-inflammatory properties, this extract helps to repel and reverse UV and free radical damage. 
 
Raw Meadow Honey: Our local Wellington County honey is unpasteurized, raw, and organic. Fortified with natural anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that hydrate and soothe the skin, as well as vibrant enzymes that gently exfoliate the skin and soothe irritation and dryness. 
 
Glacial Silt: Rich in natural minerals that infuse the skin with valuable phytonutrients, strengthening and fortifying the complexion and drawing out impurities. 
 
A blend of Forest Mushrooms - contains soothing and restorative polysaccharides such as beta-glucans and encourages the movement of static lymph, which decreases puffiness and dull complexion while enhancing antioxidant enzyme activities and stimulating the production of collagen.
 
Nova Scotian Rose Fruit - Bursting with vitamin C, the crushed fruit has enzymatic benefits, gently resurfacing the outermost layer of the skin. At the same time, infusing the complexion with essential nutrition to restore vitality, boost collagen production and reduce inflammation while calming and brightening. 
 
Raw Heirloom Cocoa: Contains high levels of natural antioxidants to protect and repair the skin from damage and premature aging. Also a potent and stimulating anti-inflammatory, rich in omega-6 fatty acids, it soothes redness and blemishes, improving the complexion and nourishing a healthful glow. 
 
Eleuthero Root - A naturally anti-inflammatory adaptogen with roots and leaves rich in minerals, antioxidants, and vitamins, which are beneficial for the health of our skin. In addition, it has collagen-stimulating properties, which increase cell proliferation and renewal in the lipid skin barrier, resulting in a more toned and firm appearance.
